I am doing BSc in Computer Science from abroad and just finished my last semester. In my last semester, I had Fundamental of Java class where I learned about some basic of programming such as: object, class, basic of GUI, and those common like setMethod, getMethod, return... I am quite good in array and looping but my problem is I can't solve online problem as I don't know the algorithm. In my next semester, I have to learn C# or C++ with SQL and database. Data structure is in my 2nd year module. So, can anyone tell me what i should focus on now? Actually I am really interested in java application development. My councilor told me to just focus on the course work which is more important. But I really want to do better in my Java skill. Can anyone suggest me some suggestion?
